A specialized team of CDT Legal provides continuous multi-year consultancy to a company leader in the production and distribution of kids’ casual wear and sportswear. We have a temporary manager contract as company controller and our main activities are:
- Creation and management of reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities with monthly reporting of income statements, business units and individual stores, with the aim of providing the company with updated and constant information and ensuring management can make decisions quickly;
- Support on decision-making processes with specific economic/financial analyses (feasibility checks, what if analysis, risk analysis, Business Plan development);
- Management, control and containment of costs;
- Implementation of business processes;
- Participation in the real estate meeting for support in negotiations with landlords;
- Collaboration with General Management for the definition of strategic activities.
