The leading restaurant franchise Group in Spain, with more than 700 restaurants around the World, has given CDT the task of assisting it in the opening of its restaurants in Italy. In 3 years, it has thus reached 57 openings, so that Italy has become the most important Country for the Group’s main brand, after Spain.
CDT advises the Group in all business relationships in Italy, mainly with its franchisees (drafting of contractual standards, resolution of business issues, etc.) and further corporate/commercial law needs.
