Since the very beginning of March 2020, CDT Legal has daily and constantly supported its many Brands-Clients in the renegotiation of the leases of each of their stores. It was a huge job, as it involved hundreds and hundreds of negotiations, that we took care of one by one, day after day, until every single issue was solved.
We have achieved great results, which proved to be fundamental for the brands’ overcome of this terrible phase of their business: this was possible thanks to CDT Legal team’s joint provision of (i) mastering of lease law, (ii) knowledge of the main retail players and (iii) thousands of negotiations in the brands’ retail business during the past 20-years.
