CDT's tax and finance team led this Italian brand, born in 1983, in the overall reorganization of its group, in particular through:
- the spin-off of retail activities and the allocation of shareholdings into a holding NewCo with staff/structure functions (logistic, finance, etc.);
- the implementation of management reporting models focused on the analysis of periodic situations through the extraction and combination of control business objects (e.g. BU, DOS, etc...), as well as according to the accountability/profitability criteria (cost centres);
- the processing of Finance and ICT procedures for the control reporting to the management and the integration with current ICT systems.
