CDT Legal has assisted the successors in title of the composer of one of the most worldwide famous Italian songs in the protection of their copyrights and economic rights. The dispute has gone through more than 10 years of lawsuits and several degrees of judgment up to the definitive Supreme Court’s Judgement, which has successfully attributed the aforementioned rights to the successors of the Maestro.
