CDT has assisted an Italian linear motion Group in the further implementation of the JV with a French Group, which is a leader in the distribution of professional supplies to the industrial and construction sectors with over two centuries of business history.
CDT has drafted, revised and negotiated all the agreements and deeds needed for the enhancement of the JV.
