This Denim Brand was founded in Tuscany in 1958 by one of the leading fashion business Italian families. Now, it benefits from the shareholdings of a Swiss Investment Fund and has introduced a new top management with the purpose to redefine the Denim for the 21st century.
The Brand wants to reinforce its international positioning in terms of distribution, quality and equity: to this purpose, it requested CDT Legal to assist in the development of all its Italian and notably international retail and wholesale network, as well as to advise on all extraordinary transactions to take the Brand back to be a leader in casualwear apparel/lifestyle.
