On the 11th of March CDT made an application to the Italian Government for the adoption of a Certification of Force Majeure status for the companies affected by the COVID19 emergency.
On the 25th of March the Ministry for Economic Development has issued a Circular to Chambers of Commerce in order to issue, upon request, a Statement assessing the force majeure situation due to the COVID19 Emergency. For more info contact info@cdt.legal
